The candidates may note that the preliminary online examination will be of 100 marks and 100 question will be asked in the paper and they have to attempt the paper in one hour only. Further more, the questions in the Preliminary Examination will be based on English language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability.
The candidates who will achieve the prescribed cut off marks fixed by the IBPS, will be further shortlisted for the online main examination. The main examination will be of 200 marks and there will be 200 questions based on Reasoning, English language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness and Computer knowledge and the paper will be divided into five parts and each section will have 40 questions and the candidates have to attempt the entire paper in 135 minutes only. The candidates further note that there will be negative marking in this examination also, so keep in mind while attempting the question paper.
